If you have no idea what this is referencing, that’s okay.  You can always take Frank’s advice and look it up.  Sometimes I hear people spat off a meme or popular saying, but they really have no idea what it actually means.  But I must say in the world of work, sometimes it really does feel like the cake is a lie.
